Castello di Postignano and the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples cooperate to expand the scientific, teaching, training, research and communication activities of MedEatResearch, the Center for Social Research on the Mediterranean Diet. Activities include workshops, exhibitions, events, and communication campaigns aimed at promoting food culture, particularly the Mediterranean Diet.
Accommodation in suites of one, two or three bedrooms, all with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV (22 suites including 11 superior; 4 executive; 5 deluxe; 2 comfort).
Availability of classrooms and workshop spaces (indoors and outdoors) and equipment:
Sala Mustafà: 20 seats + projection screen with wall screen
Church: 80-100 seats, stage, Steinway grand piano (Summer only) + PA, portable screen and projection system
Lounge / Library: for small meetings (10-12 people)
Rose Garden: outdoors, covered by awning (300 sqm with 120 seats) for conferences, shows, cocktails, banquets; PA system available
Food & beverage:
Restaurant "La Casa Rosa" for lunch and dinner
"La Terrazza" cafeteria, for breakfast, coffee break and light lunch
Wine-bar "Vini & Oli" for aperitifs, wine tasting, cheese and salami and sale of local products
