Castello di Postignano and the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples cooperate to expand the scientific, teaching, training, research and communication activities of MedEatResearch, the Center for Social Research on the Mediterranean Diet. Activities include workshops, exhibitions, events, and communication campaigns aimed at promoting food culture, particularly the Mediterranean Diet.
