At Castello di Postignano, in the heart of the Valnerina, our suites await you, each one unique, plus breakfast on the terrace and a view that thrills. One of these spaces is La Tavola Rossa, a restaurant with a twin soul: in the morning, armed with notepad and pencil, you will be able to engage with Vincenzo Guarino, an internationally renowned chef, in cooking lessons tailored just for you. In the evenings, you will be the star of a singular experience: a single table, a selected number of guests and the chef proposing a menu prepared right before your eyes, revealing the secrets of his dishes, describing each ingredient, proposing matching wines or serving those you personally select from our wine cellar.
